The OECD Development Centre, with the support of the Governments of Greece, Romania and Turkey, and of the ICBSS, has published the first Black Sea and Central Asian Economic Outlook: Promoting Work and Well Being. The book is also published in French under the title: Mer Noire et Asie Centrale: Promouvoir le Travail et le Bien – Etre.
On the occasion of its 10-year anniversary the ICBSS in collaboration with the Political and Economic Quarterly Review Diethnis kai Europaiki Politiki, published a special thematic “The Black Sea: An Emerging Region”, Issue 10, April-June 2008, pp. 61-194 (in Greek only)

Tedo Japaridze attends official launching event of first Black Sea and Central Asian Economic Outlook (BSECAO) report The Black Sea and Central Asia: Promoting Work and Well Being by the OECD Development Centre, Bucharest, 23 June 2008. The event was hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania, the Ministry of Labour, Family and Equal Opportunities of Romania and the OECD Development Centre, and sponsored by the ERSTE Group. The BSECAO project counts with the support of the ICBSS.
